At Woodside, we believe that design can be striking without being overly ornate. We can work with clients one on one, creating a design utilizing our collection of 20th-century typefaces or applying our classic design aesthetic to contemporary digital letterpress methods. Quite often we find that combining the two brings out the strengths of both: the classic beauty of fine typography with the flexibility of modern digital design tools.

 

If you have a style direction in mind, or even a finished design, we are more than happy to help your tailor your artwork in order to achieve the best possible result on press.

 

Letterpress printing is inherently beautiful and we like to let its finest qualities shine through.

Business Cards
 

With our assortment of presses, we are able to handle all kinds of business-card projects, from high-volume to small, simple to complex. We are open to printing on unconventional substrate materials and have had success printing  on (almost) anything from leather to wood veneer.

 

In addition to letterpress printing, we also offer foil-stamping, embossing (a raised image) and colored edging to make your cards truly stand out.

While invitations and business cards make up the majority of our work, we love taking on unique or complicated printing projects.

 

In addition to letterpress printing we offer small-run hand bookbinding, collection and manuscript boxes, show posters, gift packaging, event paraphernalia, and custom assembly for promotional gifts and events.

 

Woodside Press also works with a range of outside providers for high-volume offset printing, top-quality digital reproduction, silkscreen printing, and die-cutting to create multi-process projects beyond the scope of traditional letterpress printing.
